Where does your seafood come from?

The majority of our seafood is sourced directly from the Gulf of Maine. We work closely with local fishermen and harvesters in Portland and surrounding coastal communities to provide the freshest seasonal catch available.

What happens if my order is delayed by the carrier?

We monitor all shipments in real-time. If a carrier delay occurs that compromises the temperature or quality of your seafood, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which includes either a full refund or a complimentary reshipment.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, we prioritize speed to maintain freshness. We offer flat-rate overnight and two-day shipping options via FedEx or UPS to the contiguous United States. Shipping dates can be selected at checkout.

Can I freeze the fresh seafood I receive?

While we recommend enjoying our fresh seafood within 48 hours of arrival for the best experience, most of our products (like lobster meat and scallops) can be frozen. We recommend vacuum sealing or using airtight freezer bags to prevent freezer burn.
