We have curated a box for all the sushi lovers out there! What goes in this box is dependent on the time of year/season. For example, during the summer, we source beautiful Maine Bluefin Tuna along the coast of Maine. This Bluefin allows us to offer both sushi-quality Loin and TORO. In the Fall/Winter, the Maine Sea Urchin Season is running, so we will have fresh UNI then.

This Kit feeds approximately 6-10 people.

Included in the SoPo Sushi-Grade Seafood Standard Box:

- 1 lb of fresh sushi-grade Atlantic Salmon

- 1 lb of fresh sushi-grade Ahi Tuna
- 1 5.3 oz tray of fresh sushi-grade Sea Urchin Roe (UNI)
- 1 lb of fresh sushi-grade Sea Scallops
- 1 oz Osetra Caviar
- 2 oz Salmon Roe
